Biography
He was born in Oporto in 1944. He graduated in Chemical-Industrial Engineering. He has been on display regularly since 1972 in individual and collective
displays. From 1988 to 1989 he carried out plastic research on an F.C.G. scholarship.
His artistic activity is not limited to painting. He began as a scenographer in 1983 with Pé de Vento, a company to which he was linked for over ten years.
He also worked with Kallandraca groups (Galicia), Théâtre Poéme (Brussels) and the Bando (Lisbon). In the field of illustration, his name basically
emerges associated with the publisher Afrontamento where he has worked on the collection of poetry since 1979.
