Form

(1) - Group visits may or may not be guided. 
In the latter case shall consist of a minimum of 15 members and be requested with a minimum of 5 working days. 
(2) - Free access is only automatically granted to school groups of the Intermunicipal Community of Tâmega and Sousa. All other cases will be subject to analysis. 
(3) - Indicate the number of elements that make up the group. 
(4) - this field should be indicated in the case of school visits, level (s) of learners, number of teachers, or guardians, caregivers, objective (s) of the visit.
