Biography
Born in Macau. He frequented the E.S.B.A.L. and was a disciple of Georges Smirnoff, later studying at the E.S.B.A.P., graduating in 1960 and was a
teacher there. He was on a scholarship with the Federation of the Art Critics of Paris, further to his participation in the 1st Biennial of Paris and of the
F.C.G. The production by Luís Demée unequivocally assumes that the painting is somewhat two-dimensional, carried out with forms and colours, of
greater or lesser geometric thoroughness, even though it often approximated suggestions of volume.
